Analysis of the causes and areas of localization of wear of the outer plating of the hulls of inland and mixed (river-sea) navigation

This article analyzes the areas of localization wear outer plating hulls ships inland and mixed (river-sea) navigation causes them. It is noted that problem sheets associated with tasks ensuring watertightness strength ship hulls, on which preservation functionality as floating transport engineering structures depends. The results study show that: 1) skin vessels studied groups (pusher tugs, oil ore carriers, dry cargo passenger ships) have different localization; 2) depends area ​​operation, main dimensions design features ships; 3) caused by corrosive, erosive abrasive effects external environment, structural changes in metal welds near-weld zones, well poor quality paint varnish protection insufficient vibration damping mechanisms, some cases, unsatisfactory alignment mechanisms shafting; 4) local residual deformations (dents, crooks, ribbing), frequency their formation, appearance development cracks whole are due to loss stability bonds wear; 5) there a correlation between values sheets. Establishing type dependence requires special study.
